Ethridge Quinn’s Tom DeGonia files lawsuit on behalf of Seneca Valley student against MCPS
Attorney Tom DeGonia has filed suit against Montgomery County Public Schools on behalf of a Seneca Valley High School student who was raped by classmates in an unsupervised locker room. Tom DeGonia also represents the Damascus High School plaintiffs in the lawsuit filed in February against MCPS alleging negligence for MCPS’s failure to supervise students in the locker room.
