Loreto Noguera

Loreto joined Ethridge Quinn after a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Kathleen D. English in the Circuit Court for Frederick County.

Emigrating from Spain as a child, Loreto is a bilingual and native Spanish speaker. A resident of Frederick County, Maryland, Loreto graduated from Saint John’s High School and received her undergraduate degree from McDaniel College earning a double major in Philosophy and Psychology. Loreto earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and was ranked within the top ten percent of her class.  During her time in law school Loreto had the opportunity to work at the Bronfein Family Law Clinic and was an executive board member on her school’s journal Law Forum. In recognition for work in family law while attending law school, in 2022 Loreto was honored with the Cheryl Lynn Hepfer Family Law Award.

Loreto is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of Maryland, and she is a member of the Frederick County Bar Association. During her free time Loreto enjoys spending time with her husband and cat.
