A general practice attorney, Tim Price has over 30 years’ experience meeting clients’ needs in the areas of estate planning and probate matters, family law issues, and business transactions.
Tim works with clients to develop long term legal solutions for their family, including wills, trusts, advance directives, and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. He also assists clients with probate and will and trust administration. In family law matters, Tim represents litigants in divorce and helps resolve custody disputes. He guides his clients through each stage of the process, from contract negotiation, to drafting the appropriate documents, to execution.

Additionally, he holds memberships in the Maryland State Bar Association’s Business Law, Estate and Trust Law, Elder Law, and Family Law Sections, as well as the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Bar Association of Georgia.
